PREFAB TIMBER HOUSING.

BALI WOOD HOUSES are designers and producers of both low budget and high class engineered Hardwood Bali Prefab Houses (Knockdown Prefab Homes Bali Style, Prefab Bali Cottages, Bali Prefab Villas, Bali style Bungalows, Prefab Bali up-market Homes, Bali Prefab style ECO Homes and Cottages, custom made Bali style Prefabricated Wooden Houses, Log Homes, Log Cabins (on request), Modular Homes and Gazebos). We also produce Prefab Wooden House Designs based on your own ideas.

Our Bali Prefab Houses are designed by our architects and engineers and produced in our factory in Bali, based on 40 years of International Timber Prefab experience. No need to engage a contractor to re-assemble the house at your end. Our Prefab Bali Houses are prefabricated in such a way that the units are easily re-assembled with little DIY experience and....without one nail to be driven..!!! (*). Our Wooden Bali Prefab Knockdown Houses use either stainless steel or galvanized steel fasteners for the structural parts combined with stainless steel Philips screws for the flooring and siding boards.

(*) Have a look at the <Bali Prefab Houses> assembly coding system and see for yourself how simple the re-assembly at your end can be accomplished with "hand power" only.

 GENERAL COMPANY NOTES

INTERACTIVE PRICE LIST (downloadable)

With our Bali Prefab Houses interactive price list you have the possibility to review the prices of all of our 87 models !!!!!! in a Basic option, a DeLuxe option, a Superior option and an ECO option in just one click. The program algorithm calculates the prices depending on your preferred input of options and/or combinations. You can even have the program calculate the volume discount if you order a number of identical units. The Bali Prefab Houses price list also includes a financing option, a table showing the total lead time and a one-click function to check the landing costs (unit + shipping costs and number and type of containers required) to your destination or a destination nearest to your end. Last but not least the list indicates which models can be upgraded to hurricane resistance and which models are not suitable for that purpose. Extra costs involved for hurricane beefing up are shown as well. We can't make it easier for you. Inquire <here> for this unequalled interactive price list.

For those who are not very computer literate a trial version of the price list may be downloaded first as to learn and experience how easy and simple it actually is to work with the price list (*). Click <trial price list> You will be navigated back to this web page.

(*) For our own protection prices and information shown on this trial price list are indicative only and do NOT reflect the actual and correct prices and/or information. The trial price list merely serves as an exercise tool.

TENDERS & BID PROCEDURES

We are bombarded with inquiries for our Bali Prefab Houses. You may guess that the preparation of these quotations is very time consuming and among them we receive regular inquiries based on a "tender" or a "competitive bid procedure". Needless to say that these generally large quotations may cost us 2 to 3 weeks to prepare with a slim chance of winning the bid (the more contenders, the lower the chance of becoming the successful bidder). As a result we may not respond to a request for a quotation based on a tender or competitive bid procedure if a firm commitment on an order is not in place. Any personal inquiry, however, will be dealt with and a quotation submitted. More info on our tailor made page <Tailor made Prefab Bali House quotations>
