All models shown on the pages are based on our standard technical specifications which can be viewed by clicking on "Specifications"  in the navigation area at the left side of this page. We offer three different prices for our models, viz: a standard price for full Bangkirai wood, a higher price for full Bangkirai wood but with exterior siding boards made from Merbau and a low budget price based on a mix of Bangkirai wood and Nyatoh wood (Chinese Teak).

 

Each model has a direct link to the latest updated price list. You need to download the list only once. You can minimize the price list and browse thru all of our model pages. Once you have made a choice maximize the price list and enter the model code in the blue field whereas prices for that particular model will pop up. You can check prices for all models by following the same procedure. The price is a click away.

The price list also shows the approximate lead time (column 4 in the pricing table).

The house has high open ceilings and state-of-the-art modern high doors of 2.6 meter (8 ' - 6").  As all our other houses the structure can withstand the wind force of a category 5 hurricane. The triple sliding doors along the front have 6 mm laminated safety glass. All other windows have insulated glass. The sidings with double 25 mm thick Bangkirai boards and the roof are insulated as well.
