Bali Prefab Houses is a designated company building Prefabricated Bali Wooden Houses (Bali style wooden knockdown houses), Log Cabins & Homes, Modular Wooden Homes  and Wooden Prefab Bali Cottages are made from top class Tropical Hardwood obtained from the lush forests and sustainably managed hardwood plantations in Indonesia overseen by the Indonesian Government.

The Bali Prefab Houses, Log Houses and Wooden Modular Houses made in Balinese style and Gazebos come in easy to build do-it-yourself kit packages, ranging from 25 m2 to 500 m2 (275 sqft up to 5,330 sqft). We also design and supply custom made units to an unlimited square area whether or not in the typical Bali House style. A number of our designs can also be supplied as ECO models.   

In the next pages on our site we offer a range of over 86 Prefab Bali style Knockdown Houses to chose from, varying from 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom homes to 2-storey homes, large homes a modular system, and over water units (*). We show standard floor plans and elevations, which - so you wish - can all be modified in different number of bedrooms and/or lay-outs in accordance with your requirements. (*) We employ a civil-hydraulic and marine engineer who may help and advise you with the piling requirements.

4. PREFAB BALI STYLE ROOF STRUCTURES

 

Fully integrated Bali style roof space frame structure based on the Joglo (East Java) style. Designed by our architects and engineers and prefabricated in our factory. No nails used. All connections are bolted. Re-assembly margin between stone columns was only 2 mm. This roof was prefabricated for the house shown below, designed by us.
