This is a spacious 49 m2 (527 sqft) model with a terrace of 17m2 (183 sqft) and is an ideal unit to serve as a guest house. It may also be used as a luxury bedroom unit in a resort. The en-suite bedroom has a spacious bathroom of 3.40 x 2.50 meter (11' - 1" x 8' - 2") which may be equipped with both a shower and a bath tub. The separated dressing has the same dimensions as the bathroom. A walk-in closet / dressing room is included with same dimensions as the bathroom. The dressing room can be changed into a kitchen. 

The front has double sliding doors of  1.80 x 2.2 meter (5' - 10" x 7' - 3") with side fixed windows of 0.75 x 2.20 meter (2' - 5" x 7' - 3") and swing windows at both sides of 1.45 x 2 meter (6' - 0" x 4" - 9"). Doors and windows are fitted with 6 mm laminated safety glass. The left and right side of the house has a double swing window of 1.75 x 1.30 meter (5' - 8" x 4' - 3"), also with 6 mm safety glass. All hardware for doors and windows is stainless steel, grade 304. The unit has an open structure, hence no ceilings, except for the bathroom which is fitted with bamboo matting. The roof section is made from trusses, rafters and purlins (all in sight) respectively covered with bamboo matting, plywood and thatch, wood shingles, ceramic tiles or corrugated sheathing. The standard house has double boards sidings from Bangkirai. Floor -and siding boards are 25 mm thick (1"). All wood used is Bangkirai (beams, columns, boards, trusses). All fixtures (screws and bolts) are stainless steel, grade 304. Not one nail is used, hence the re-assembly process is fast and simple. Both the exterior and the interior are treated with 2 layers of Cetol polyurethane coat. The kit comes with a set of assembly drawings and a detailed assembly manual which includes pictures taken during the pre-assembly process. Optionally we can provide the plumbing and electrical lay out drawings. The unit can be re-assembled with little manpower, however, it is advised that some DIY experience is available. 

The estimated lead time for this unit is 12 weeks (*)

Estimated re-assembly time:  7 weeks with 5 persons

Estimated volume: 30 m3

Required container: the unit may just fit in a 20 ft container

CODE EA-12

Similar to Code A-12 except that sidings are fitted with exterior Merbau boards and interior Bangkirai boards. Both the sidings and the roof are insulated with polystyrene foam. The glass panes for the sliding doors and windows are tempered insulated glass.  

The estimated lead time for this unit is 14 weeks (*)

Estimated re-assembly time:  9 weeks with 5 persons

Estimated volume: 33 m3

Required container: 40 ft
