CORRUGATED BARREL TILE SHEATHING

The corrugated barrel tile sheathing comes in sheets with a length of 132 cm ( 4’ – 3  7/8”) and comprises 7 tiles in a row, or 110 cm (3’ – 7 1/4”) and comprises 5 tiles in a row. Available colors: red, black, amber, light green and dark green. The thickness is either 0.35 mm, 0.3 mm or 0.25 mm. The sheathing is composed in 8 or 9 layers as follows of: epoxy primer, Polyester zinc coating, Zinc aluminum coating, Steel base, Zinc Aluminum coating, Epoxy primer, Acrylic base coat, (stone chips), Acrylic over glaze. The sheathing is non-toxic and can be utilized to catch rain water (in particular a solution for the Big Island of Hawaii and a number of islands in the Caribbean and the Pacific rim. 

Two types of sheathing can be supplied, either without or with stone chips.
