We offer the possibility for clients with a small budget to buy our units for as much as 50% of the standard price whereas we will make a number of changes to material properties, as follows:

1. Replacing the standard 25 mm thick (1 ") interior timber sidings with wooden block board 

2. Reducing the exterior sidings from our standard 25 mm (1 inch) thickness to 10 mm (3/8 ") thickness

3. Reducing the width of the exterior boards from 190 mm (8 ") to 100 mm (4 ")

4. Exterior sidings with shiplap construction instead of T & G

5. Slimmer elements for the trusses (*)

6. Main posts dimensions 100 x 100 mm (4" x 4') instead of 140 x 140 mm (5 1/2" x 5 1/2") (*)

7. All wood to  be Camphor wood

8. Jambs, doors and windows made from Meranti

9. Roof covering from Balinese terracotta tiles.
