| You can make a choice from our
web site and send us a request for the conceptual drawings and/or the price
list, or e-mail us a sketch with your ideas for a tailor made design
(click on the button "Tailor made" above for more information).

| If the choice has been made, the price is acceptable and
you have determined which <payment system> suits you best you simply send us an e-mail with a
confirmation. We will courier two (2) duly executed Contract documents
(First Original & Second Original), the First Original requires to be
signed by yourself in the place so provided over the Indonesian stamp and returned to us
by courier. The Second Original is retained by you for your records. As soon as we have received
the Contract (First Original) and the first payment has duly been received, the works will
commence. |
| Our Contract is based on the AIA (The
American Institute of Architects, document A101, A102 and/or B141).
